A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment . The deposit will be applied to the total amount of the service

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours notice will be subjected to a $25 cancellation fee

No show appointments will be charged the total amount of the visit

Under no circumstances will a refund be allowed for any services rendered or purchased at Undeniably Ageless regardless of the form of payment used

Late arrivals will not receive an extension of time for the scheduled service and will be responsible for the full service fees

Gift cards may be redeemed for services or retail products but must be presented at the time of the appointment or retail  purchase . Gift cards will not be replaced if lot or stolen and will not be refunded .  Gift cards do not expire.

First time guests should arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete pre-service forms 

children under 12 years old are not allowed in the service areas or treatment rooms
